Hi readers!!! Today I read a book called RAINBOW BEAUTY: PEPPERMINT KISS by Kelly McKain.

This book is about a mother and three daughters named Sapphire, Grace and Abbie. After their dad abandoned them, they move into a town with no idea of how to earn any money. But Abbie has a special talent that can turn everything around for them. When she arrived at her new school, she discovered that she has made new friends very quickly. She also discovered that she has a knee shaking, bone wobbling crush on the cutest boy in school. Will her new friends be able to help her out?

I loved this book so very much, but I would only recommend it to children 9 and up.

Hi readers!!! This week I read a book called PERCY JACKSON AND THE LIGHTING THIEF by Rick Riordan.

This book is about a boy named Percy who discovers that he is a demigod. At the moment , Percy lives with his beloved mom, Sally and his mean and disgusting stepdad, Smelly Gabe. But that all changes when Percy takes a car ride to camp half blood and finds out that he can kill a Minotaur. Soon enough he finds out that someone has framed him for stealing Zeus' master bolt. Who was it? I'm not going to tell you.

This was a very interesting and funny book but it had some more violent parts that I don't recommend for young children under 7 years of age.

Dear readers, this week I have decided to make an acception because my brother is graduating and I wanted to make a review about advive on HIGHSCHOOL

#1: FRESHMEN: It's your first year of highschool and you should be happy and proud. If I were you I would study hard but have some time to chill out with your friends and to relax.

#2: SOPHOMORES: it's your second year and by now you're used to the highschool thing. Second year is one of the best years because you have your friends and you know your way around the school. I think you should start some physical activities and academic activities for your record.

#3: JUNIORS: this year should be okay but you should study very hard and focus on practicing on your SATs. Whatever you do, don't get stressed about your SATs because the stress will take over your confidence.

#4: SENIORS: Ahhh it's the last year of school and time to relax right? NO NO NO N-O!!!!!!!!! This is the year you study and work your hardest to get yourself into that cap and gown!!!!! You take your SATs this this year but don't be nervous. Just try your best because that's all you can do. Hopefully, by the end of the year, I hope you turn out just like my brother who is graduating tomorrow!!!!!😋😘😄😃

Hi readers!!! This week I will be reviewing a book called THE MOM HUNT by Gwenyth Rees.

This week I will be reviewing a book named THE MOM HUNT. This book is about a girl who tries to  find her dad the perfect match. She asks her au pair Juliette about and suddenly she has a great idea. She sees an ad for the lonely hearts matchmaker in the paper.

My favorite part was when they saw THE SOUND OF MUSIC and the girl thinks her au pair was perfect for her dad.

There were no illustrations in this book but the extensive vocabulary helped me fell what the character was feeling.

I would recommend this book to people who like to read drama.

Hi readers! This week I will be reviewing the book: BLACK BEAUTY by Anna Sewell.

This week I read a book called black beauty by Anna Sewell. Black beauty is about a horse who goes to many different places being bought and sold. Some people are nice caring people but others can be mean and menacing.

I liked this book because I could really see through the character's eyes and its like I felt what she felt. My dislike about this book is that it is very sad.
I would recommend this book to children 10 years and up.

Hi readers!
This week I will be reviewing: WHATEVER  AFTER IF THE SHOE FITS by Sarah Mlynowski.

This book is about two little kids going through the magic mirror in their basement. Their magic mirror brought them to all kinds of different traditional fairy tales. This time their mirror brought them to Cinderella's story. In in each of these books, there is a twist to the story. The twist in this is that Cinderella breaks her foot and can't put on the glass slipper!!!

I would recommend this book to a person who likes a bit of a twist to their story.

Dear Readers,

I am so excited that I  have been mentioned on a blog called tot snob. I would like to thank tot snob Tina for writing a review about me.  Thank you Tina for inspiring me to write this blog. totsnob.com

The book I will be reviewing this week is: DEAR DUMB DIARY.

 By Jim Benton.

This story is about a girl named Jamie Kelly who buys these new supercool pants. In science class, she gets paired up with pencil chewer Margaret Parker. She decides to give her new science partner a makeover, but when Jamie does this, she discovers her popularity level has lowered. After wearing her new pants for a while, Jamie finds out they're haunted!  Is it true or is it?

My favorite part was when she finds out that Sally, the girl genius, is using her secret stash of perfume to lure a boy into liking her and Sally and Jamie get in a fight.

The book I read was very good and I think the illustrations really helped to tell the story.

I enjoyed this book and would recommend it to a very confident reader.

Hi! Sorry I couldn't blog last week. I was in the mountains with no internet connection. Since I have not been able to blog, I will be presenting two books.

This week I will be presenting TAKE TWO and THE ONE AND ONLY IVAN.
Before I present these books, I would like to inform you that TAKE TWO is written by the same authors as the last book.

TAKE TWO

The book I read was called TAKE TWO by Jennifer Roy and Julia DeVillers.

This story is about twin girls who are in middle school. They've had twin switching fiascos and instead of detention, their punishment is school service. One twin must work under the stage for drama club, while the other twin had to tutor the school councilors 's hyperactive, eight year old boys.

My favorite part was when the meaner girl, Sydney twisted her ankle, Payton the drama twin stepped in as Glinda the good witch and Emma the smarter twin wins the mathletes competition.

I would recommend this book to anyone eight years and up and to anyone who loves to read.

THE ONE AND ONLY IVAN

The book I read was called the one and only Ivan by Katherine Applegate.

This story is about a gorilla, a dog, two elephants and one little girl who live at big top mall, exit eight. Ivan the gorilla learns to paint and draw thanks to the caretaker's daughter Julia. One day a baby elephant arrived. Her name was Ruby. After the baby elephant arrived, the older one,Stella died of old  age. So Ivan and his friend Bob, the dog, had to take care of the baby elephant.

My favorite part was when Ivan made jokes about humans and called us slimy chimps.

I would recommend this book to anyone nine years and up and to people who can handle a bit of a sad story.
